Great cycling news just announced….

Northumberland will be welcoming back world-class cyclists this September as The Tour Of Britain races through the west of the county during Stage Six of the prestigious bike race on 10 September 2021

Entering Northumberland just south of Allenheads the cyclists will be peddling through 64km of the 200km Stage within the county and exiting with an exciting sprint as they leave Prudhoe.

It’s not coming through Corbridge but is passing very close at Dilston as it goes from Hexham to Riding Mill – so we get to see it without the road closures!
