A number of people raised with me the difficulties they were experiencing getting themselves or their dogs across the stile near the railway line at the eastern end of Tynedale Park.
I contacted Network Rail who kindly agreed to replace the style with a kissing gate and that gate is now installed. There is no need to lift your dog over the fence anymore. Thanks to Network Rail for making this walk accessible again.
