It was good to see Corbridge celebrating the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III. As well as small street parties around the village we hosted a Coronation Tea Party at Corbridge Parish Hall on Saturday Coronation and Corbridge Cricket Club organised a family fun day on Monday. It rained but the turnout was still good and everybody had a great time. The Corbridge Community Partnership organised a Coronation bake-off competition which raised £600 for Corbridge Youth Initiative and the Charlotte Straker Project.
