Yesterday I joined a group of people keen on improving the Tyne Valley cycling and walking infrastructure to show Jamie Driscoll, North of Tyne Mayor the potential for a upgraded cycling route. We met in Wylam and and had a great ride along the valley today to Hexham via Corbridge. Thanks to everybody involved – Guy Opperman MP, keen cycling advocate Rob Aubrook, Jonah Morris of Sustrans, Toby Price of Cycling Minds and some of their fantastic volunteers .
